1. When will my order arrive?
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 7–15 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
2. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.

3. How do I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you a tracking link.
You can use it to follow your order in real time.
4. What if my item arrives damaged?
Don’t stress — we’ll fix it.
Send us a photo/video of the damaged item within 48 hours.
We will replace it or refund it.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel within 24 hours after placing the order.
After that, it enters processing and cannot be changed.
